Terms of Service Agreement

This Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between LYLOP, a business operating in the education industry, and the user (referred to as "you" or "user").

Payment LYLOP offers services on a paid basis. The fees, payment methods, and terms will be communicated to you separately.

Intellectual Property LYLOP retains all rights, ownership, and intellectual property associated with its services, including but not limited to materials, content, and tutoring resources provided to you. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any copyrighted materials without prior written permission from LYLOP.

Limitation of Liability LYLOP strives to provide high-quality services; however, LYLOP shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the services provided. This includes but is not limited to any losses, damages, or expenses incurred as a result of reliance on the services or information provided.

Termination LYLOP reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to its services at any time without prior notice. You may also terminate your use of LYLOP's services at any time.

Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively heard in the courts located in The United Kingdom.

Modification of Terms LYLOP reserves the right to modify or update these terms of service at any time. The most current version will be made accessible on LYLOP's website or through direct communication.

By using LYLOP's services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Terms of Service Agreement. If you do not agree with any of the terms stated herein, please refrain from accessing or using the services provided by LYLOP.
